Alijah Jacob Castillo Buada (he/him/his) is a Filipino-American creative, aspiring screenwriter, and debuting director who graduated from San Diego State University in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Television, Film, and New Media with an Emphasis in Critical Studies. He has always been invested in the art of self-expression. Alijah Jacob looks especially towards Asian creatives like Haruki Murakami, Ryo Fukui, David Choe, and Eddie Huang as foundational blueprints to the construction of his own professional career and voice as an Asian-American storyteller.
